The factoring problem

Factoring solves cash flow.
It creates five other problems.

Most businesses that come to Resolve were using a factor and hit one of these walls.

Traditional factoring
Recourse risk. If your customer doesn't pay, the factor comes back to you. You're still on the hook.
Aggressive collections. Your customers get hounded by a third party. Relationships suffer.
Long-term contracts. Typically 12–24 months with termination fees and minimums.
High fees. 2–5% per invoice per month adds up fast — up to $60K/year on $100K/month.
No AR automation. You're still chasing invoices and managing collections manually.
Resolve
Fully non-recourse. If your buyer defaults, that's our problem. You keep the advance, period.
Respectful collections. We treat your customers like our customers. Relationships stay intact.
No contracts. Use Resolve on the invoices you choose, when you choose. No minimums.
Transparent pricing. No hidden fees. You know exactly what you pay before submitting an invoice.
Full AR automation. Invoicing, credit decisions, and collections — all in one platform.

How it works

Three steps to getting paid upfront

1
Submit your invoice

Upload through the Resolve dashboard, your ERP, or the API. We approve buyers upfront with a quiet credit check.

2
Get paid upfront

We advance the cash — no waiting for net-30, 60, or 90 terms. You get paid regardless of when your buyer pays.

3
We handle collections

We collect from your buyer on the original terms. If they don't pay, that's our risk under non-recourse coverage.

Common questions

Questions from businesses switching from factoring

No. Resolve is a B2B net terms and accounts receivable automation platform. Unlike factoring, Resolve is fully non-recourse, has no long-term contracts, and is embedded directly into your checkout and AR workflow — not a separate financial product your customers see.
Three key differences: (1) Non-recourse — if your buyer doesn't pay, that's our problem. (2) No contracts — use Resolve on the invoices you want, no minimums, cancel anytime. (3) No aggressive collections — we handle collections respectfully so your customer relationships stay intact.
Possibly. Depending on your agreement, you may be able to transition invoices for buyers not covered by your factor, or transition fully when your contract ends. Our team can walk through your situation.
Resolve is built for manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers with $2M+ in annual revenue who sell on B2B net terms. We're not designed for freight, staffing, service businesses, or B2C retailers.
Once an invoice is submitted and your buyer is approved, you receive payment upfront — regardless of when your buyer pays. We advance the funds and collect from the buyer on the original net terms.
Under Resolve's non-recourse coverage, that's our risk — not yours. You keep the advance. This is fundamentally different from most factoring, where you must buy back the invoice if the buyer defaults. (Coverage terms apply.)

Stop losing 3–5% of every invoice to your factor.

See if Resolve is a fit for your business. Takes 10 minutes. No commitment.
