Resolve and Global Payments' PayFabric Integrate Embedded Financing Into B2B Payments

Through this partnership, Resolve is natively integrated into PayFabric, empowering merchants to offer flexible 30-, 60-, or 90-day net terms directly at checkout.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - [October 5, 2026]. Resolve, an embedded B2B payments and net terms platform, today announced a partnership with Global Payments that will integrate Resolve’s “Pay Later” financing directly into PayFabric, Global Payments’ ERP-connected payments platform. The move will equip every PayFabric merchant with a native solution to offer buyers flexible terms at checkout, all while ensuring the merchant receives funds upfront.

On a PayFabric payment page, buyers will see two distinct routes: "Pay Now" (card or ACH) managed by PayFabric, or "Pay Later" managed by Resolve, which extends the due date to 30, 60, or 90 days. Resolve advances funds to the merchant within one business day and assumes full responsibility for buyer repayment, credit risk, and collections.

How It Operates

"Pay Later" sits inside PayFabric as a native payment method. Once a merchant flips it on:

  • The buyer picks ‘Pay Later’ on their digital invoice or at checkout, and Resolve underwrites them instantly.
  • Once approved, Resolve pays the merchant upfront, and the buyer is granted 30, 60, or 90 days to settle the balance.
  • The buyer repays Resolve seamlessly via card or ACH.
  • Pricing is highly configurable; merchants can choose to carry the cost, pass it to the buyer, or split it, all determined during setup.

What’s Next

The companies are launching their partnership via joint sponsorship of the Dynamics Community Summit North America in October 2026, where they will preview buyer-initiated "Pay Later" running inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
