Challenge

As SS&Si Dealer Network grew rapidly, the company faced significant challenges in managing cash flow and receivables with a small team. The need to onboard large customer accounts was hindered by cash flow constraints, which forced the company to turn away potential business.

In addition, competing with larger companies required SS&Si to offer net terms both offline (through their sales team) and online (BigCommerce) –  a standard in the industry, to both attract and retain customers.
